About Us
The Society is governed by an elected Board of Directors, and membership in the Vancouver & District Dental Society is voluntary. The majority are dentists who practice in the City of Vancouver and surrounding cities and municipalities of the Lower Mainland area of BC, and who are licensed by the College of Dental Surgeons of BC to practice in the Province of British Columbia. Associate membership is available to dentists of other areas who are licensed by a similar regulatory body of the province or state in which they practice.
Membership in the Society is from June to the end of May the following year. For membership information, please contact the office of the Vancouver & District Dental Society, and direct enquiries to Ms. Gerri Randall, Executive Director.
VDDS willingly cooperates with other professional societies having like aims and objectives. We encourage dentists and dental personnel from other areas to participate in both our Continuing Education opportunities and event activities when in the Vancouver area.
