Non-Member Dentist: $475 + GST
Recent Grad Dentist (2023-25): $250 + GST
Assistants, Hygienists, Staff: $175 + GST
Dental Lab Techs, Denturists, Therapists: $175 + GST
Grad Students: $175 + GST
DMD Students/2026 Grads: $75 + GST
